In March 2014, Microsoft released 18 fixes for flaws in IE, and stated in a security advisory:

– Eye On Windows, March 12, 2014 Microsoft Fixes 18 IE Issues Including Critical Zero-Day Flaw

Updates have been applied automatically if you are using your Microsoft Automatic Update feature in Windows. If you are not, we recommend you apply these updates immediately. This security update resolves sixteen privately reported and two publicly disclosed vulnerabilities in Internet Explorer.
